Seb Pays A Touching Tribute To Colleen. Drew Decides To Correct His Mistakes. Paco Faces The Press. Cherry Comes To A Decision.
The people of General Luna confront Cherry for destroying the family that gave her her fortune, lashing out at her. Everly strives to defend her miserable niece. Later, she urges that they leave the province for good.
After Colleen’s wake, mayor Paco addresses the press to answer questions pertaining to the governor’s dëâth and the other scandal involving Drew. He strives to curb their worries and asks for another chance to make it up to the people.
In the meantime, Cherry and her aunt pack up their things at home. Seb gets himself drunk that night and wallows in his misery. He beats himself up over his wife’s dëâth and Paco consoles him, promising to never abandon him. Later, Drew has a talk with Paco where he apologizes for the mess he caused that has ruined their family.
Paco says Cherry deserves justice so Drew decides to turn himself in. Dave isn’t the least bit happy when he learns of this since he had covered up his crime. He worries that his brother would drag him down with him but Drew couldn’t care less.
Reflecting on some memories with Cherry and the sacrifice Freddy had made him make, Dave breaks down. He goes to see Cherry to have a talk with her and manages to catch her before she leaves with her aunt.
Drew keeps Seb company as he continues to wallow in misery. They take a trip down memory lane and eventually, Seb insinuates that he might follow his wife. Dave questions Cherry about her decision to leave and makes a futile attempt to let him tag along.
He’s surprised to realize that she had been fooling and manipulating him all along. As he grabs her in frustration, lamenting, Drew calls Paco to inform him of what Seb is up to. The episode concludes with Dave trying to throw himself and Cherry off the cliff.
