The Governor Takes Seb & Florabelle Hostage; Belle Commits A Serious Crime. Regret Overwhelms Seb. Cherry Confronts Dave About His Family’s Lies. Drew Escapes Jail.
The episode begins with Paco giving Seb an earful for the trouble he’s caused. Seb agrees to meet the governor but pleads with his brother to go with him. Dave tries to call the lawyer to help with Drew’s case but Cherry talks him out of it, saying that it’s better he stays in jail for a while to reflect on his actions.
Upon her return home, Colleen tries in vain to reach her husband on the phone. She breaks down as she recalls his betrayal. In the meantime, Paco takes Seb to see the governor and he asks for some privacy to have a talk with his brother.
As he waits outside, Arevalo has Seb taken into the room where Belle is confined. He confronts them both about how they deceived him. Drew calls Tori on the phone as she’s recuperating at the hospital.
He’s heartbroken when she tells him that it’s better they stop seeing each other. The governor holds both Seb and Belle at güñpoint, lashing out at them. He gets preoccupied with Seb as he’s poised to k!ll him. Belle manages to untie herself and disarm him.
It’s a struggle for the güñ while an unidentified person hangs themselves somewhere. Belle gets hold of Arevalo’s walking stick and hits him with it. She then suffocates him with a pillow.
Cherry has nothing better to do than to continue seducing and manipulating Dave. Dave falls for her act and begins making out with her. When they take it to the bedroom, that’s when Cherry begins her drama before walking out on him.
In the meantime, Paco walks onto the crime scene to see what happened. A moment later, Belle and Seb explain things in the presence of the governor’s wife. Seb hopes to make amends with his wife for good, conflicted over the situation and how he’s wronged her.
He later gives an official statement at the police station regarding the governor’s dëâth. Meanwhile, Drew escapes from jail and runs into Cherry at the mansion and asks why she wants to see him suffer so much.
Cherry begins blabbering about all the things he’s done to hurt her and everyone else. She taunts him to the point where he snaps, grabs a flask and brandishes it. The episode concludes as Drew hits his own head with it much to Cherry’s horror.
