Andres Continues His Investigation. Tomas Offers A Solution To Gabriela’s Problems. JB & Max Initiate Their Plans.

Tomas prepares for his date with his uncle’s help. Shari is taken by surprise to find Gabriela at her yoga class. She asks if she’s been following her and Gabriela retorts, asking if she owes the place.

As the coach leads the class, Gabriela makes it her mission to provoke Shari with her antics. In the meantime, JB drops off Max at home and thanks her for everything. After the yoga class, Gabriela confronts Shari and unleashes her venom, taunting her with how she despises her.

Shari insists that she truly løves her father and she doesn’t know the full story. Gabriela scoffs at her. Tomas dines with Agnes at a restaurant and she tries to join the outreach program she’s a partaker of.

Andres joins an assistance program in hopes of getting to talk to Marichu Marquez about the boy who had been adopted, and whether it was his brother. Unfortunately, Marichu isn’t around.

Nevertheless, Andres gets to meet Marcelo “Selo” Marquez the young aspiring governor. When Andres tells him his mission, Selo promises to inform his mother. Andres leaves him his number and notices a scar on his arm which the guy quickly covers.

After his date with Agnes, Tomas texts Gabriela to ask how she’s doing. General Mariano gives Greg a new contract, a covert VIP protection job for Secretary Ella Barrios of BENR. A doctor examines JB’s hand and makes note of the stiffness in his muscles.

JB asks for a remedy and she gives him an intramuscular relaxant, to be used only for emergencies since it’s addictive. When Gabriela visits home, she’s devastated to hear her father and Shari planning a celebration for their newly conceived baby.

As she leaves, Philip goes after her and tries to talk things out with her. Gabriela laments over how he’s happy with his mistress while her mother died. She demands for him to hand over her mother’s rest house and forget about her.

After the beating he suffered, Joris sends someone to deliver the intel he has on Dexter Tienza to JB. Philip agrees to give Gabriela what she wants, and she’s exasperated when he declares that she must be married first.

Upon his return home, Andres tells his grandma about his encounter with Marcelo, and the markings on his arm which has a striking resemblance to Vincent. Esang begins to wonder if the BSWP is messing with them, and whether Marichu adopted both Marcelo and Jun.

Speaking of, Marcelo talks suspiciously on the phone with someone. When his mother arrives home and asks about the guy who came looking for her, Marcelo shrugs it off. Tomas keeps Gabriela company as she drinks her troubles away.

He’s surprised when she apologizes for how she’s been treating him. As she laments over her ordeal with her father and his ultimatum, Tomas chimes in a preposterous suggestion – he’ll marry her.

Naturally, Gabriela scoffs at that but then Tomas states that it won’t be legal but just a show for her old man. JB tells Max about his plan to track down Dexter and use him to figure out the leader of the El Cano group.

In no time, Tomas and Gabriela get down to making plans and arrangements for their civil wedding. JB and Max work together to capture Dexter from his girlfriend’s place. However, things don’t go according to plan as Max is taken hostage by the target.

Andres makes it his mission to tail Marcelo as the guy goes about his business. Marcelo meets up with another guy at a restaurant which catches Andres’ attention. Max breaks free from Dexter’s clutches and JB compels him to confess the identity of his protector in the El Cano group – Manuel Aguinaldo.
